I offer attachment-informed coaching and support for people navigating overwhelm, disconnection, and major life transitions. My work is grounded in understanding nervous system patterns, attachment styles, and the environments we live and relate within,  so change can happen with more clarity, compassion, and steadiness.

Rather than treating challenges as isolated problems, I help clients see how focus, relationships, grief, and life transitions are often interconnected.
