Who I Work With & What I Help With
I work with people who are intelligent, capable, and deeply caring — yet often feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected in ways that are hard to explain.
Many of my clients have ADHD-style minds: fast, creative, perceptive, and constantly taking in more information than most. Over time, that level of stimulation can lead to clutter, unfinished plans, emotional exhaustion, and a feeling of being “in your own way.” Just as often, it creates barriers to connection with yourself, with others, and with the kind of relationships you want most.
When your nervous system is overloaded, it’s harder to stay present, trusting, and emotionally available.
Overstimulation is often misunderstood by others and not always met with grace. It may be read as inconsistency, distance, distraction, or emotional guardedness. These are not flaws. They are adaptive responses from a nervous system that learned how to cope.
Move With Clarity

Long before I ever coached anyone, I lived through what I now recognize as repeated personal hurricanes. Not just the atmospheric kind, but the life-altering ones that arrive through loss, responsibility, upheaval, and reinvention.
I was a single mother.
I owned and operated businesses.
I spent years touring and performing in bands, learning what it means to live on the road, adapt quickly, and start over again and again.
In 2022, Hurricane Ian became the most literal storm of my life, forcing a complete reset. After the hurricane, I traveled across the country in an RV, carrying what remained, letting go of what didn’t, and rebuilding from the ground up.
That experience didn’t just change my location. It reshaped how I understand resilience, attachment, and what it truly means to move forward.
I didn’t study resilience from a distance. I lived it.
